For a simple monthly fee, you’ll get:
Unlimited visits (in person or virtual)
Direct access to your provider by text, call, or message
Same-day or next-day appointments when you need them
Transparent pricing for labs, procedures, and medications
Because I don’t bill insurance, I get to spend more time with you. Listening, educating, and helping you feel confident in your care.

A discovery call is a relaxed 30-minute free of charge, no-pressure chat where we can get to know each other and see if Direct Primary Care is a good fit for your needs. Here’s what happens once you
decide to join Alpine Wellness
Step One:
Get Set Up and Stay Connected
Once you join, you’ll receive a few quick emails to help you set up your Cerbo Patient Portal. This is where you’ll manage your appointments & access your records. For easy communication, we also use Spruce a secure app for texts & calls. You’ll get an invitation to download it so you can reach out anytime.
Step Two:
Complete Your Intake Forms
Before your first visit, take a few minutes to complete your intake forms (HIPAA, consent, and health history). It’s all done online, and it helps us start your care with a full picture of your health and goals.
Step Three:
Request Your Previous Records
If you’ve seen other providers, just give their office a quick call & request your medical records be sent to Alpine Wellness. That way, we can seamlessly continue your care & ensure nothing’s missed.

Schedule Your Visit in the Patient Portal
