I started Alpine Wellness because I believe healthcare should feel human again. After more than 15 years in medicine, I saw how the traditional system left too many people feeling rushed, unheard, and overlooked and honestly, that just didn’t sit right with me.
I wanted to build something different. A place where patients feel truly cared for, where questions are welcomed, and where you leave your visit feeling lighter, and able to make educated decisions about your care. That’s what led me to Direct Primary Care (DPC), a model that lets me put my time and energy where it belongs: with you.
Here, you’ll never be just a number or a name on a chart. You’ll have direct access to me when you need it, transparent pricing you can trust, quick appointment availability, and a provider who’s actually invested in helping you feel your best, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me outdoors with my family, soaking up all the beauty that Bend, Oregon has to offer. The same fresh air and balance I seek in my own life is what I want to help you find in yours.

A Little More About Me
Your Partner in Health, Not Just Your Provider
I’m married to an Army Combat Veteran, and we’ve been together for over 23 years. We have two amazing adult children and a home filled with laughter, love, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
My roots run deep in Oregon, my great-great-grandfather was a pioneer on the Oregon Trail, and his ranch still stands today. I’m also a first-generation college graduate and the only medical professional in my family.
One of the most meaningful parts of my life has been serving as a gestational surrogate four times, helping bring five children into the world across three different countries. It was an incredible experience — but yes, that door is officially closed now!
When I’m not seeing patients, you’ll find me outside walking, exploring, and soaking in the beauty of nature that fills all of Central Oregon (my happy place). My husband and I love wandering new cities on foot, finding local gems and hole-in-the-wall spots along the way.

I love the sound of the river, the wind in the trees, and the crisp air on the mountain.
I do not love Brussels sprouts (I’ve tried. Truly.)
And while I’ve birthed plenty of babies — my own and others’ — I’m still not a fan of pain.
Nature is my happy place, it is not uncommon for my husband and I to log 5+ miles just enjoying all that the outdoors has to offer
I love my family, I love them for who they are and what they are capable of and not what I want them to be or do. This has opened my heart more than I expected.
