These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Deschutes County, Oregon.

You and Alpine Wellness agree that:

  • Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity;

  • Class actions and representative actions are not permitted.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full force.
